After decades focused on designing and installing kitchens, co-directors Anders Lawaetz and Darrell Waters made the decision to expand their operation to include bathrooms almost 10 years ago.
Bathroom renovations have since become a key component of Seabreeze’s business.
Many of our clients have had a kitchen designed and installed by Seabreeze. They are confident in our team and the quality of our work, so it makes sense that they come to us when they want a new bathroom or even the laundry done.
Understanding the process
The bathroom process is very involved, with waterproofing, tiling, joinery, installation, plumbing and electricals all needing to be addressed. Similar to a kitchen renovation, without additional building, the transformation takes about four weeks to complete.
Seabreeze has a builder’s licence, which is handy if we need to knock down a wall. Then there’s the selection process, tiles, taps, fittings, vanity, mirror, bath, shower and toilet. There is a lot to work your way through, and our designers lead that conversation.

Seabreeze keeps up to date with the latest trends and styles. Whether it’s the tapware and fittings, or the materials, colours and textures, we will ensure your bathroom makes a statement, while complementing the rest of your home.
Importantly, as with our kitchen renovations, Seabreeze manages all the trades involved in the installation stage of the project. This ensures it remains trouble-free and efficiently run through to completion.
